I've bought two items from Capo, the cuff frayed on a full zip jumper after a few wears but I bought an overshirt which is really good quality.

I contacted CS around returns for the full zip jumper, but the process seemed archaic and I didn't proceed with it.

No issues with delivery.

Iv bought a couple of pairs of cargos and a T-shirt and they all look smart, feel nice, comfortable and are good quality.

Fast delivery, quality clothing

I’ve made about 5 purchases from Capo now and in the main I’m really pleased. The material always feels good quality, delivery is pretty quick and ordering is very easy. Like others, I have had some issues with inconsistent sizing which does force you to order more than you might need for sizing. That said, I do accept that paying £4.99 for returns is reasonable, this is a business that incurs costs to handle returned orders. It’s still considerably cheaper than paying parking in city centres and spending all day wading through shops! I would definitely recommend the brand forward to seeing a wider choice as the brand develops and grows.

All items ordered have been of great quality and fit. Recommend.

Great company. Never had any problems with Capo at all. They make good quality clothing. Think most of my wardrobe is now Capo 😂 but can’t go wrong at all. Never had any issues with delivery or any of the clothing. No complaints at all from my end. Brilliant clothing line.

I left a review on here two weeks ago stating I hadn’t had a refund for my missing item in that time. I have still not had any correspondence from CAPO. Funny thing was I had an email from them stating I was one of their most loyal customer. Unfortunately, that will never be the case again. As I would never ever deal with these people again their refund policy is a joke. I am not going to let this lie. I’m going to fight it as much as possible. I am now in the process of the citizens advice bureau I know it’s only £85. It’s more the principle that they think they can just take that money from me. This company is an absolute joke. I can guarantee they’ll come up with a comment saying they are looking into it which that’s what they’ve been saying from day one that’s two months ago. I will tell everybody and anyone to avoid their company.

I recently brought a slim fit polo neck top the sizing was good brilliant fit. Quality of the top is really good, good value for money for sure. The delivery time was exactly as it said. I will definitely be purchasing items off the site again.One very happy customer

Over the last 6 months I've had to return items twice. There were issues with a straight forward return eg over the return timeframe (this was my fault over xmas) and a size which was was incorrect for my nephew. Each time the help I got was second to none. Great service.

That aside the quality of the clothing from CAPO is great, I would have no issues would recommending this company.

Great quality, customer care and delivery.

I’ve ordered 2 of the over-shirts in Navy and Stone/Cream colour in Size L and absolutely love them! I wear them at least once a week and they look good with either a dark or white t shirt underneath - open or buttoned up.

Stylish range which seems to cut across the age groups. Easy to mix and match for a maximum wardrobe with minimal input. Returns process straightforward and discount via loyalty programme. Saw their clothes recently in an independent retailer and asked the owner about the brand as I had purchased a few items online previously. He told me they were a fast growing retail brand and they were always on trend.

High quality product, and fit perfectly

I have now bought a number of items from CAPO (jeans,cargo pants, Shorts and tops)and all I can say is these guys know what they are doing. The quality is amazing and the style of clothing is second to none. I'm already planning my next purchase and as long as they keep doing what they are doing I won't need to look any further than CAPO for new clothing.

The goods delivered are great quality, the service was great and even the added touch of following up to see how it went and making the experience feel a little more personal, highly recommend
