love the beanies but shipping is horrible, it takes them 5 to seven days just to ship, i ordered some for my son and shipping took nearly 3 weeks, my wife noticed i liked the beanies i gifted my son, so she proceeded and gifted me one, took a month to ship, she couldn't give it to me for the occasion, i loved mine so i ordered more colors, but i already know it takes like a month to ship

I recently placed an order with CAPS Apparel, but the initial experience was disappointing due to poor transparency on returns and hidden extra costs.
The return and refund policies weren’t clearly explained or visible at checkout/product pages—especially the fact that returns must be sent back to the Netherlands (their base in Amsterdam), involving international shipping from the UK, plus potential import taxes/duties on the returning parcel post-Brexit. I faced paying for international shipping to Holland, with those costs on top of possible customs fees, making the return far more expensive and complicated than anticipated. Had these details—particularly the international return address, associated shipping/import costs, limitations, and post-Brexit implications—been transparently outlined upfront, I almost certainly wouldn’t have placed the order, given the total price and hassle involved.
The lack of clear communication turned what should have been a simple process into a frustrating one at first. For customers in the UK or other non-EU countries, better visibility on these extra fees and the return destination would prevent surprises and allow informed decisions.
That said, after I raised my concerns, CAPS Apparel offered me a full refund of the total amount paid and told me to keep the caps (no return required). This resolved the issue satisfactorily on my end.
I still strongly suggest CAPS Apparel updates their return policy page and checkout information to explicitly state that returns must be shipped to the Netherlands, potentially incurring international shipping fees and customs/duties for customers outside the EU (like in the UK), to avoid similar issues for future buyers.
I hope this feedback helps improve things. With clearer policies, I’d be open to recommending them, especially given the positive resolution

I love the designs of the fisherman beanie.
Tracking was a little weird. At one point the tracking showed item was stuck in one location for about 4-5 days in California. They all of sudden it was out for delivery in Hawaii.
I found the delivery a little weird. A random car parked in front of my car and man was his phone and dropped it off my bench. The bag smelled like cigarette smoke but the content of the beanies were in perfect conditions.
Other than the deliver update and how the items was receive I love the product. The beanies fit well and keeps my head covered when I’m out and about or creating content. Love the look and their color selection.
