Mike Kleckner and Josh Bayles are not trustable

Mike Kleckner is not a good loan officer. He is not reliable and drops the ball constantly. He does not do what he says and then blames the other person for what he did not do. There are many good lenders in the city. There is reason to risk working with him and having it cost you thousands of dollars more in a bad mortgage or losing your loan all together. Mike Kleckner and Capstone Home Loans should have NEGATIVE 4 STARTS. Also his manager Josh Bayles is activity working on remove and hiding bad reviews that are online about these people
