I ordered a Tesla COC document from this site. It said delivery would take 5–6 business days, but it’s been 10 days and it still hasn’t arrived. Definitely do not order anything from this site. They are very dishonest and unreliable. Be careful and don’t lose your money. I contacted them three times by email and still haven’t received any response. Stay away from this site or you might get scammed.
FRAUD FRAUD, I have ordered, paid and they are not answering anymore! There is no document, I have email them couple of times, but nothing! Be aware ! FRAUD
Looks like a scam... When you roder they say arround 6 working days, then they say 30 days when you ask again... then no answer...
I have ordered a COC in Dezember 2025 - no delivery at all so far. Online support doesn't not answer to questions. No replies to Emails.

We have ordered a COC for a car 2/12- 2025 . but we still haven't got it , when we send a mail , they don't answer . The money is ok and send to them , but not a coc for us . That is not ok.

I made the mistake of not coming here to check the website, paid for the hard copy and electronic version almost 1 month a go, i have not received any of them. DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM.
I was intending to buy a CoC service from them and did my research here beforehand. After seeing these comments I asked the customer service to comment on the recent negative reviews and got this answer:
"This isn't my job; I offer purchasing assistance. Do you need anything else?"
That explains a lot to me and I did not order anything from them.

I placed an order in both electronic and paper formats. The wait was longer than promised on the website. As a result, I only received the electronic version without any signature or seal. I've been waiting for the paper version for a month now. No response. Messages and requests to contact me are not being responded to. The electronic version is not accepted in Germany. No answer. The main thing is to get paid, and no one cares if you don't get the results. Don't pay in advance.
Beware of this website! The same owners have previously operated scam websites that were shut down. They continuously launch new sites and manipulate reviews by having Italian friends post unverified testimonials.
