Never heard of customer support

Do not respond to emails or help customers in any way. I am starting to think the website might be a scam and the whole business actually does not exist, if not then they at least do not act like the business exists. It is not possible for them to work every day 9-15cet and promise to respond to emails on their support address within 48 hours, but after I have written 15 emails to both their support and their information email address, I am met with complete silence and negligence, as if talking to a wall. It really does not seem that hard to me, I have been emailing them multiple times a day for a week now and they continue ignoring me which leads me to the idea that they do not have an employed customer support correspondent. It would not be possible for them to have employees and still not be able to respond to an email in 200+(sounds dramatic, however I am not even exaggerating) hours when they claim they will do it within 48. Now I do not have the product, I do not have my money, and I do not even have a simple response. Treating someone so much younger than them who lead extremely understanding, patient, and professional approach, in such a disregarding, neglectful, straight up pathetic way is ridiculous. I am an extremely supportive and empathic person so for me to decide to go and write a review like this, it really just shows how they crossed every possible boundary. I literally cried over this because I am doing my utmost best to try and handle this situation maturely and on my own, and I don’t even get one proper response, or someone to read my emails. Offensive and ugly behaviour.

Rope chain 3mm

I ordered the rope chain with a thickness of 3 mm (18K gold). The thickness was slightly thicker than expected but really beautiful. I am very satisfied with the necklace. The color is very beautiful and the length is perfect. The quality also looks very good and it looks authentic.
