Wouldn't take return of unopened car parts because it was a few days after 30 day returns. The parts were unopened because their system said they'd fit but they were completely wrong for the car. Obvious they weren't going to fit even without opening the packaging. Their response... 'tough'... and they've no plans to update their system with accurate information. So don't trust their recommended parts system, don't expect returns if the parts don't fit. Best avoiding this vendor unless you definitely know that the parts will fit.

Ordered drivers side mirror cover for nissan quashqai ..everything went smoothly and quick but when i recieved it it was passenger side ...doesnt say on invoice which side was ordered/delivered ..so overall it was ok but ordering online can cause this mistake but should be made clearer for what was ordered

Ordered 2 items only 1 delivered .
After numerous emails and promise of dispatch 5 weeks later nothing has arrived . Impossible to get through to on phone and customer service on email is extremely poor . They are unable to inform me when a 5l bottle of engine oil will be dispatched nor have they offered a refund . Needless to say they will not be getting my business again.

Purchased a breather valve for my audi, unfortunately, it didn’t fit my car. Asked for the refund on return, received a reply saying that they can’t process me a refund, because the part has already been fitted and used, even though it hasn’t... Car didn’t even start after trying to fit it in. If you’ll order from this company make sure that you’re ordering the right part, because you will never receive a refund and will be stuck with useless part.

Great service. Spoke to a parts adviser and they advised me of the part I required. I ordered the part and it arrived within a week. Good prices on the parts too, as I was quoted a lot more elsewhere. The parts I have purchased from this website, have done a satisfactory job, very happy with the service, would use again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOSNT NOT EXIST.
Order it 3 Items Post me only 2 Items and I got only 1 Item the secound Item was dispatched from other warehause. Ofcourse delivered on wrong Address.I try to contact car-parts.ie but there are not answer.WORST WEBSITE EVER !
