I called in December to rent a car for one of my employees to use for a business trip. I specifically asked if my employee needed to have a credit card with them to pick up the vehicle and was told that if I pre-paid for the rental, this would not be necessary. Come the day my employee is picking up the vehicle, he is told that he will not be able to pick the vehicle up because he does not have a credit card in his name with him. I called customer service to attempt to rectify this issue and was told that the terms and conditions state that any one who is renting a car must have a valid ID (understandable) and a credit card in their name with them. I explained to them that I had every sort of correspondence regarding this rental in front of me and NO WHERE did anything say a credit card was required for pick up. Not only was I charged $52 for a car my employee never drove, but I was told by customer service that I would not be refunded at all, despite the misinformation I was given. I will NEVER rent through this group again.

We rented a car here during our trip to the US. As we booked it in advance and during the winter time, the price was really affordable. We received the car already at the airport at the time of arrival. All the renting process was clear, and the car was very descent. Recommend the service!

I often use this service. There are big choice of the cars, low prices and friendly personnel.

So basically I entered the necessary information requested on the homepage regarding the location, start and end of vehicle hire and the drivers age.

I entered the location London UK and the hire start date in a weeks time of filling the form for a 3 day duration. To my surprise the system could not match my requirement.

All in all very terrible, I tried calling the contact number but was put through an endless maze of automated department. Best to avoid and go directly to hiring firms.

i booked flight in aviasales and there was offer for auto rent from car traveler i took car too its was veery cheeep and i decided to give a shout for it was pretty fine for that price...
