Had Jack come out today for a cracked front bumper repair and respray and what an amazing job he’s done, pulled into my street for. Work and couldn’t tell was like brand new done that a good job I checked the other side thinking was passengers side not drivers side the work he had carried out to a faultless standard job well done ca wizard fanatic workmanship 5 stars from me

There is lots to like about these guys and can't recommend them highly enough;
- Easy to get a quote via the website which was reasonable for the work (2 Diamond cut alloy wheel repairs)
- Repair appointment was in a good timescale
- Good comms throughout, including telling me the work they needed to do which showed they knew what they were talking about (I had done quite a bit of research so knew what to expect)
- The premises were well presented, clean and professional
- On dropping the car off the technician who I handed the key over to was polite, friendly and professional
- Most important bit; The wheels were repaired in the time they quoted and look like new
- Even better; When I got the invoice it was cheaper than quoted as 1 wheel was not as damaged as expected.

Would definitely use again.

Got a very competitive quote and an appointment within 48 hours. Car had a bash on the front corner with a bit of a gouge and a bit of a distortion, so the repairer warned us at the start that he couldn't make it quite like new, but we asked him to do what he could, as the car is too old to justify a major bodyshop job. When he was finished it looked perfect to us. He worked quickly, cleanly and very professionally. Very highly recommended.

Terry came to my house to repair a scratched and stone-damaged driver’s door sill on a black metallic 2018 VW Golf R. It looked like new afterwards! Another great job done on my car by Car-Wizard Bristol (they recently refurbed 4 diamond cut alloys for me). Highly recommended if you want a quality result.

Second time I've used car wizard and again fantastic job

Used them a few years ago for a big dent repair, and a couple of days ago for a long scratch all the way down. Super easy to get in touch, quote, discuss, and then have the work done. Very fair pricing and open about the amount of work. Would highly recommend!

What are totally brilliant company, Really tried to help me get my wheels painted unfortunately the Wheels needed replacing, oliver at car Wizard helped me through every stage of this process and a very generous with their time and didn’t charge me a penny thank you very much for your excellent service. A self-inflicted wound on my new (to me) Kuga revealed a previous repair that was cosmetically ok but had not been done that well. Grand Wizard Ollie took a look and sent Wizard Terry to sort out this and another area (that I had inherited). Three and a half hours of magic (and 2 cups of coffee) later and WOW!!! What a finish. I can only say "Good as new" and "Thank you". Brilliant!

Needed to get a quote for a cosmetic repair to my car and went along to Car Wizard. In the end I didn’t use them for the repair and this was entirely their fault but not for a negative reason. They gave me advice that meant I didn’t need to pay for a repair, I followed the advice and the result was exactly as the chap predicted with perfectly restored paint work. So this review isn’t about quality of work, those reviews are plentiful this review is a tip of the hat to their trustworthiness and integrity. They could have easily booked me in and took my money but they chose to provide advice to save me money. Outstanding!

Don't go anywhere else,these guys are fab,very reliable and honest,they manged to fit me in at short notice,only a small job for this team but I still had the same high level of customer support and respect,Ollie has great communication, and isnt looking to do unnecessary work,rare to find guys like this now adays.Cheers Rob

I have a 21 year old Audi TT Roadster and my front lights were so badly clouded. I took it to Car Wizard. I could not believe the transformation- the lights looked brand. I am so delighted. I want to thank the young man (who told me that he was new to the company). Thank you again. I will recommend to friends.

Had a scuff repainted on rear buffer and dent repaired on front wheel arch with associated paint job on front wing and bumper. Both jobs were done to an excellent standard. The quote was as cheap as any and they successfully removed the dent on the Aluminium wheel arch where as some quotes were double the price as they intended to replace the wing. Well happy with the work done.

Had my wheels powder coated absolutely terrible job Start a to come off after a few months the owner was not interested. I feel absolutely robbed.

Headlight restoration on my old TT was first class. A previous botched restoration meant one of the lenses was in pretty poor condition, but they have come up like new. The price was reasonable, and the job was completed even quicker than hoped. Absolutely first class service, and I have no hesitation in recommending car-wizard.

Really great place, quick to respond and sort out a time to visit. They offered coming to my hose address by I live in a flat, but great to have the option. Paintwork and bumper scuffs are as good as new. Very simple to pay.

Needed two black alloys refurbished on a mustang, the result was outstanding. Then noticed that the bodywork required attention, as we were able to leave the car at Car Wizards premises, Ollie was able to fit the work in between their busy schedule. We were concerned that the paint match was going to be visible. We had a call within days that the car was ready for collection. Our concerns around the paint match were instantly dismissed, the job they did was amazing. The car was sold after being scrutinised by an expert, who didn't make a comment on the repair. These guys are the best, and their pricing is fair.

Absolutely brilliant service, car looks amazing now after I used a scratchy sponge scratching my car all over. Very pleased

Excellent which surprised me!

Had an annoying scratch on my front wing - sent a couple of photos in and Ollie came back really quickly with a quote that was acceptable.

On the day, Brad turned up and even though the weather was awful managed to complete a flawless repair.

I was really happy and surprised at the same time - I assumed you could tell there had been a respray job if you looked closely enough but this was totally undetectable.

I handed the car back at the end of my PCP two weeks later and the finance company went over it with a fine toothcomb looking for damage and they didn't pick it up so the repair must have been good :-)

Only downside was being asked for the paint colour because we didn't have a service book (digital service record) - I knew the name but if I'd been at work my wife wouldn't have had a clue.

Maybe as part of the initial correspondence they should ask for this info?
