Good product, service needs improvement

I first tried a Cara Bellezza bikini at a hotel in Paris. I loved the style and quality but they didn't have my size at the hotel boutique so I ordered it online when I returned home. They emailed me a couple of days later to say my size was not in fact available - so the online inventory was not, and is still not, up to date - and offer to send me a different colour, which I agreed to. I chased a few days later to confirm it had been shipped. I eventually received the package only to find out that the bottom and top were not the same size, which is not what I had ordered. I have since emailed them twice and it's been a week now but they have not replied to address the issue. Shame because I do think the products are nice.
