Ordered a car aerial
Ordered a car aerial, never arrived.
Tried contacting them, support and admin email addresses bounced back, no way of contacting for a refund.
Be careful, I raised a claim with my credit card company and they have actually reimbursed me as no contact is possible with this seller.

I ordered the first set of pins and…
I ordered the first set of pins and didn't realise that the confirmation had gone into the span folder. I ordered another set and that also went into the spam folder. I got in touch with car aerial and they suggested look in the spam folder I obviously found both confirmations there. Thanks to them I also found several other emails that needed sorting. Car aerial reimbursed the second order without me asking. Truly a great customer service well done. 👏

Received late, poor communications
I haven't received the item i odered. An email was sent 10 days ago saying it was dispatched. I have tried to contact caraerialshop.co.uk but have not had a reply.
I would appreciate if the owner can contact me and arrange a refund or new delivery I can amend this review
