Made contact with a number of companies online and was contacted by Carandvanbuyer2you quickly via WhatsApp. After a few questions, and some good advice, I sent some photos and a guaranteed price was agreed. They collected the car quickly and with no hassle. The guy who collected the car was very polite, paid the money and even filled in the paperwork for us! We were dealt with in a professional manner with real people! No messing about, no fuss, just a good job well done. Would definitely recommend

I gave these guys an honest description of my sick Passat together with Pics over WhatsApp. They came up with a price that I was happy with. They then came along, confirmed that all was as described transferred the money and did the DVLA move. All very simple.

Spoke with John over WhatsApp at night and car was collected by 1pm the next day on time.
After sending pictures, they guaranteed a price. There was no haggling when they showed up, and my car wasn’t even touched until the payment had gone through.
First time I’ve used a salvage company and if I ever am in the position to do so again, this will be the one I use. No messing about, no pushing, just a decent price offered and and delivered.

Company made an offer on my car, encouraged me to refuse other offers by suggesting they wouldn't pay or would not be a genuine offer. I accepted their offer and they ghosted me, lost all other offers. Really bad.

All communication was through what’s app and they were very quick to respond at all times.
They gave me a guaranteed minimum price which was agreed by both parties, and arranged for collection of my vehicle.
The two men who came to collect my car were polite and efficient. The payment was made, and the transfer of ownership carried out. They waited until I was advised of the transfer by DVLA before leaving

From communication at the beginning to the pickup of the car everything was really efficient and genuinely a good experience. I would definitely recommend using this company and also payment before removing and taking the car and extremely nice people to deal with.
