Absolutely awful! Used an online valuation via a 3rd party. I was then contacted by this company who asked all of the questions I'd already answered via the 3rd party website. When I let them know I was going with a higher quote I was told I had an attitude and I should try smiling. I was then asked if I needed some lemon for my sore head?? What the? Who even says that.
When I pointed out they were being very unprofessional they sent me a video of a group of men swimming in their office swimming pool.
After getting bombarded with his angry messages he then informed me I'd be getting a call. I asked if I needed to involve the police and if he was now making threats over a scrap vehicle. I had to block the WhatsApp number to stop his relentless nonsense.
Don't even bother, obviously run by silly boys with a problem taking rejection.

Great service, called agreed a good price for my car, it was collected the same day, and the agreed amount paid directly into my bank account.

Honest and realistic price. Might have got a higher price if I had shopped around more, but everything was quick and easy, payment up front via bank transfer. Driver was genuinely held up on the Motorway, so was late collecting, but fair play to him for his persistence and effectiveness. I recommend this service.

This company is great to deal with. They have just loaded my car onto the transporter to take it away but only after the driver made sure the money they offered was in my bank - that was really good of him. He was really polite and professional too. As indeed was the office person that dealt with me from start to finish. Really a great compony to deal with. The price they offered me was the price they paid - there was no re-negotiation when they came to collect the car just now. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company - simply brilliant.

This site is class for getting rid of your old car.
