Good experience overall
The earrings are beautiful. Exactly as described. The customer service went above and beyond just to ensure their systems were updated to get an order in place online. There are many pop-up windows to complete to avail the PoP discount for the order, but it finally was complete and the earrings were shipped internationally without a hitch.
Successful PoP rewards customer satisfaction review.
The earrings are well made but very delicate so usage and adorning the earrings will need to be careful!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from CaratLane. When I purchased the ring, the weight shown on the website was 6.09 grams, but when I received the ring, its actual weight was only around 5.5 grams . a difference of nearly 0.6 grams.This is a significant discrepancy, especially when purchasing gold jewelry, where the weight directly affects the value and the amount paid.Not very good response from customer service.Still struggling and waiting for refund.
