I needed to make sure if i ordered a ring for my sister in laws birthday that it would be delivered on time so i contacted customer services and i have to say i've never been more impressed! A lovely lady called Leanne told me they had one in stock and if i ordered and gave her my order number she would make sure it was delivered asap. I gave her the order number and the ring was despatched the next day! Absolutely excellent service! Will definitely buy again.

Worn about 6 times and stones dropping out. Kept for special Occasions and they're quite heavy so cannt wear them all of the time.

I ordered a set of lab diamond hoops and ear huggers and I am so impressed with the quality. They were gifts for my sisters 40th birthday and from order to delivery it took 2 days for them to arrive with me. I spoke with a very helpful member of the carat team at their wimbledon store. I am almost certain that her name was Julia. She did everything she could to help me with the quick turnaround time I needed.

The packaging of the jewellery is luxury and really presented the jewellery nicely as a gift.
It felt good to have gifted an item that would be a talking point for its sustainability and eye catching sparkle!

Delivery was a bit slow but as soon as I contacted Leanne it was on its way. Very responsive and helpful customer services. A word of advice to anyone buying online as I did, make sure you are certain of the size you need. I used various techniques recommended online to find my ring size but unfortunately got it wrong but I will wear it on my middle finger rather than exchange.

Great customer service from Leanne. I emailed asking when my order would be dispatched as the order confirmation said within 15 days and I needed them to wear at a wedding. Leanne replied very quickly and confirmed that the order would be issued the next day and they arrived the day after that. Excellent service thankyou

My stunning earrings arrived this morning and they shine just like real diamond. I have bought the tennis bracelet and the classic ring before and now I got the 2 carat stud earrings. Carat* London have a fantastic & very professional Customer Service Advisor in Leanne. She has been so helpful with the return & subsequent credit for one bracelet then the resizing of another bracelet which i wear all the time. Well... I have just gotten my Carat ring from aftercare today. It looks so Beautiful I feel embarrassed at how badly I seem to have treated it.
Eleven months in on of the two "diamonds" / crystals fell off my Pear Trilogy ring... not long before my birthday holiday.
Long story short, between Roxy in Customer Service and the team in aftercare / repair sent back to me within 10 days or so a ring that looks more sparkly than I remember even buying and fixed when - now, looking back - I feel I probably broke, relaxing in my care for it...

They kindly expedited the repair which usually takes up to 3 weeks. I really was at Peace with the ring getting back with me after my holiday at the end of the month.

I am so grateful to have what feels like a brand new ring in time for my bday! I will be getting more Carats for my bday this year.

Roxy's communication throughout was spendid: what to do, where to send, what to expect, there could be a charge, it could take 3 weeks... then the feedback on the assessment...

Beautiful necklace and great customer service

I was told about Carat jewellery by a friend of mine who travels & parties alot so i knew it would be special & couldn't believe the quality of it & at such great prices.
The lady at customer services who was so helpful, polite & friendly, advised me on sizing & reassured me about the returns policy should i not be completely happy.

I was searching for earrings for my wedding and finally came across the Carat website and saw the perfect pair. I had left it ridiculously late though and wasn't sure I would receive them in time but the customer service team were amazing and got them sent out to me super quickly. I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day this week! Thank you so much!

I ordered a necklace and earrings for my wedding, but once I placed my order I realised that according to the delivery schedule on the website I wouldn’t get it I time for the wedding. I quickly emailed customer service and they emailed me back the next day and informed me that they had sent a message to the dispatch team and would be fast tracking it and sending it out that day with express delivery! (No mention of any extra charges) I was so happy!!! So thankful to the lady Leanne who had emailed me and sorted it all. I am so so grateful. And to top it all off, the necklace and earrings were even more beautiful in real life. Can’t wait to wear them at my wedding!!! Highly Reccomened this company.

After the stone in my ring came loose, I contacted Carat via email. I received a response straight away requesting proof of purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t have a receipt due to the ring being a present however I sent some photographs and was asked to send the ring for inspection. Following inspection, I was advised the ring was repairable following a small payment. I paid for the repair and within a week, I received an email to advise my ring had been repaired and would be returned. When received, I was incredibly happy. My ring looked shiny & new!
I had regular communication from the customer service team…Roxy was fantastic! Overall I would definitely purchase jewellery again from Carat and I would definitely recommend! 5*

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Carat. The customer service is second to none, thank you Leanne for all your assistance with a speedy delivery & change in size of bracelet. I’ve yet to see the bracelet but I know Carat jewellery is good quality & beautiful.

Left it a bit late to order for the wife to be for the big day, saw standard shipping times and had a little panic, quick email to customer service, super fast reply and really helpful (Leanne) put me at ease with despatch info, delivery arrived the next day and couldn't be happier.
