I bought a tent from this shop but…

I bought a tent from this shop but unfortunately it was not fit for purpose (the tent didn't have any zips at the bottom so my dogs could escape - this wasn't in their description). I asked for a refund within the 14 days cooling off period under the Consumer Act but the shop refused to give me a refund with no proper explanation. The tent was never pitched (saw YouTube videos of the tent and contacted a different camping shop for confirmation regarding the zips) They were very rude and unhelpful on the phone.
