Ground coffee delivery
I ordered ground coffee to be delivered and the coffee pack wasn’t sealed properly so there was ground coffee everywhere leaking out! Caravan sent a new pack out and it had the same issue…

The coffee tastes great
The coffee tastes great, but the standard delivery took longer than expected - so I think it's better to go for a quicker delivery if you need the coffee sooner.

Excellent customer service
Sadly my first order did not arrive, due to the Royal Mail.
I have to say a huge thank you to Caravan’s customer service, on hearing about the postal issue and my disappointment they have resent my order. Excellent service.
I am now looking forward to sampling their coffee and I look forward to being one of their happy customers.
Their coffee has been highly recommended by family and friends.

This was a Christmas present from my daughters bf and one of my best yet. It is lovely getting this coffee smelling delicious through the post which comes through the letter box. Coffee delicious great going through different countries coffee. Love it.
