The Pandemic did bring something good!
Used to buy caravan coffee at crosstown doughnuts when working in soho , i really loved the coffee. Once the pandemic hit , i got myself an own espresso machine and now makes the same coffee right at home!

Excellent customer care - great coffee!
I absolutely love the Organic Market Blend. It is my go to subscription espresso bean. Delicious everytime.
What I feel is more important is the Customer service I’ve experienced. First of all one of my 1kg bags was ripped in transit and Caravan immediately replaced the bag for me. The coffee was still fresh and drinkable but they didn’t hesitate.
Secondly I just missed adding a new release bean to my monthly subscription (as it had already been processed for delivery) so they gave me a free delivery code to ensure I didn’t miss out.
Great coffee - excellent service!

Awesome coffee and great customer service
The coffee is sublime, one of my absolute favorites. And a customer service to match! There was a bit of confusion regarding delivery caused by mistake with the tracking number - resolved the same day to my total satisfaction, also lovely people to talk to.

Delicious decaf!
Switched to decaf about a year ago and discovered this one in a local coffee spot recently. Ordered some as soon as I found out from cafe which coffee it was…
Delivery arrived fairly swiftly and fit through the door, so didn’t have to worry about waiting in to receive it. Ground Espresso for traditional style machine: exactly as expected!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Have always loved Caravan coffee and found that two recent 1kg bags of ground espresso didn't work in our machine - when they usually work perfectly. Caravan were kind enough to replace the bags free of charge and very promptly, after they told us they had some issues which may have contributed to the bags not working in our machine. Thank you again.
