Delays, Misinformation & Dirty Car Upon Collection
The delay in my vehicle being ready for collection was attributed to the car requiring a new set of tyres and that there was difficulty locating a supplier. Hmmm. Fair enough, although I now had to hire another car while waiting. But then finally got the Tesla.... and NO NEW TYRES in sight - someone's telling porkies !!!!!
Carbar's own policy says "As part of our agreement, tyre suppliers have been instructed to replace your vehicle's tyres with the same brand and specifications supplied when the vehicle was new."
But apparently they don't really mean this :(
Also I had to wash the car and vaccum it as well cause it was not cleaned for the new subscriber. Also the Tesla software updates hadn't been done for some time, so apparently hours of my time were going to take care of that for carbar too.
Also not sure why the Tesla Premium Subscription isn't engaged with the vehicle?? This is very helpful showing current traffic conditions on your sat nav map - this is typically considered a standard included feature on a hire car.
Also the Tesla they gave me is an aging 3 yo Model 3 with 70,000km

Seamless signing up process, everything good, need focus on cleaning the car properly before handover
Signing up process was easy and smooth. Collecting the car was easy too. However, the car wasn't cleaned like it should have been. It would be great if before the pickup the car is washed and cleaned properly before its handed over to the customer.

I got shown around the car, had a great conversation about different types of car great places with friendly staff and a can do attitude to get u in ur new car and driving away .

The service once everything was finalised was very hands on & I had a great representative Ben Coates liaise with me regularly & I am very happy with my new car.

Talk about under-promise and over-deliver! I wasn't expecting to be able to pick up my vehicle until the 23rd November, and was notified that I could pick it up yesterday.
The chap who did the pick up for me was super-friendly and helpful, as have been all who I have dealt with from the subscriptions team.
