Have had cars from Carbar for over a year now, almost forgot it wasn't really ours, as it is almost hassle free. Rego, servicing, insurances, included. David Macdonald, and in the past Belle and Osman were all very helpful whenever we had an issue. Highly recommended if you want all the benefits of a good quality vehicle without having to purchase it. And you can change your cars, and with a couple of weeks notice if you are away check it in, and pick it or something else up when you are back, though we have never used this option. It's a different mindset which is now and future looking. It has served our purpose well in the past.

I've had a Great experience with the Carbar team and their vehicles. Car subscription is for me a much better alternative to car ownership. Let's me drive the type of car i want without any of the possible downsides to owning or financing a vehicle.

Service and car are fantastic. Second car from Carbar and very happy with it. Why would you want to own a car when a service like this exists.

I have still not received a refund for being charged twice for the deposit to start off the subscription. Otherwise I think it is great however I will not recommend it to others until this is sorted.

Casey and Rosie two of the staff in Melbourne were a pleasure to deal with. The whole process of identifying the right car and their recommendations were spot on. The all inclusive payment which includes cost of car, rego, insurance and servicing makes life so simple.

I ordered a car in mid Jan (Kia Carnival) in day of pickup when I called to confirm details I got to know I won’t get the car. had to ask several times to get any kind of car in meantime, finally got Skoda Superb, this was a month ago. I’ve written 2 emails in the last 2 weeks asking when will I receive the car I primarily ordered and still no response. I feel ignored. I’m not happy with the service and at this point will not recommend anyone to use carbar.

Cannot recommend highly enough!! A very seamless transition from not wanting to own a car to Carbar subscription. No more hassle of rego's, insurance, maintenance, pink slip etc.

Approval - Fast, communication was great.
Vehicle Handover/Pickup - Super efficient, fast, friendly on time no delays.
I would highly recommend and I have recommended to family and friends if they are needing a car and wanting a vehicle (great models and car range is impeccable)
I applied from Brisbane, Flew down to NSW to pick car up, Drove back to Brisbane (Car had no faults and still doesn't) Everything has been amazing.

Excellent service that has hit the mark perfectly for people that dont want car ownership

The car I have is damaged. The front bumper keeps popping out and it’s definitely not my fault. Upon reporting it I was told not to worry and can change the car in 3 years time. I don’t want to be paying for a car that’s falling apart. Repairs need to be made. There is no direct call centre. Keep getting told someone will call me back and no one ever does. I’ve sent emails to Carbar with no response.

The whole process from initial contact to car hire was incredibly easy with great team members. I expected the process to be cumbersome - akin to borrowing your dad’s car as a teenager!!
The high level of service extends to when you’ve had the car for a while including the time I had a car accident. Top marks for customer service - great team!

The only less positive feedback is the range of vehicles - was hoping for a few more mini coopers but I’ll survive 😁

I had to follow up so many times and struggled to get a call back. Only my persistence eventually leaded to me trading my car in and renting a new one.
Happy with the outcome but the service was poor.
