Professional,friendly and provided good detail on what work was needed. I was kept informed on how the work was progressing and given an estimate of when the car would be ready to pick up. The work is of a high standard I will always look to use this company from now on. The quote I was given was fair and I was happy to pay for the quality of the work received. You get what you pay for!

They repaired my car following a crash which damaged the left side. They were brilliant from start to finish and so professional.

They talked me through every part of the process and I was regularly updated on how the repair was going and they answered any queries I had.

Unfortunately was a involved in a minor bump while parked that resulted in some damage to my bumper. The team at G & B were extremely supportive, providing a quick assessment of the impact damage, a cost, and even added in some additional work at cost (replacement of a wheel arch trim) for some unrelated damage. On top of all this, the work and price included a lease car which I could use until the damage was repaired (left car on Monday and got it back on Wednesday). The team were fantastic and super responsive - even acting as the middle man for the 3rd party who hit me. On top of all that they even gave my front seats and foot wells a quick vacuum! Hopefully I don't have cause to use their services anytime soon, but if I do I will be returning to them without hesitation!

A Full review was carried out on the car to allow for a quote. We agreed a date/time for the work and the work was completed above expectation. I would be happy to use G&B in future.

Brilliant service, fantastic job and finished a bit earlier than stated. Can’t fault them. Even did a diagnostic and helped me raise some totally unrelated warranty issues with Mercedes before my warranty expires. Highly recommend.

Back in January 22, after reading the excellent reviews, I contacted G & B accident repair.

From the get go Graham was very informative about the options that I had and was very knowledgeable about the industry that they are in.

After discussing options, Graham and his team were great help with guiding me through with my insurance claim and made sure I was kept informed about what stage we were at.

Unfortunately my insurer were very difficult to work with. Graham again explained my options. After 9 months of waiting (due to my car insurer) I finally had my repair completed.

G & B accident repair’s work was excellent and to an exceptional standard. You wouldn’t even know that there was ever any damage.

I cannot recommend them enough and in an industry where I feel lacks customer service, these guys buck that trend!

First class service from Graham and his team at G&B Accident Repair. They repaired my wife’s BMW X3 following a collision, to an as new factory standard at a very competitive price.
