My experience with carbon-sol engineering can only be described as absolutely horrendous!
I will keep this very brief! I foolishly left my E60 M5 with Antony to carry out work on the engine. The entire time he had the car was a complete nightmare, lie after lie. Once the vehicle was apparently ready to collect, it broke down on the M1 and almost set on fire.
Getting straight to the point! His insurance has paid out £7.200 for BMW Tamworth to put his poor workmanship right and a local bodyshop £718.80 to repair the damage to the bodywork whilst my car was in his workshop.
I am now chasing parts & labour costs that amount to £10.500 through small claims court as he can't provide any evidence that he replaced any of the internal engine components I paid for.
As Antony is a trained BMW technician & still working for
Stratstone BMW Milton Keynes
this level of workmanship is quite shocking!
This information has also been passed onto BMW UK.
I can't stress enough under no circumstances use Carbon-sol engineering!
