Carbon are a professional, reliable and solid company to go to, especially in a complex market. Phil has been super, extremely patient and helped us so much. I also didn’t know they did life insurance, and again Phil handled this all really well.

Really smooth process with Phil and Lauren, was able to feel comfortable all the way through the process and it very very happy with the all the stages of our application, great communication. Already passed on recommendation to a close friend of mine.

I have been dealing with Pavan for the past few years and he has managed the entire lending aspect of my property portfolio. In my most recent Buy to Let acquisition I was particularly impressed with the interest rate he achieved along with the speed of the transaction. As with many reviews on here, Jade Martell was excellent and really easy to deal with and talk to.
Would definitely suggest her as a mortgage advisor, considering the limitations available looking for a lender for a 'high risk' flat, as she was able to find one very quickly and consistently got the best rate available from them.
I'll definitely use her again in the future! 10/10

Moving house is always a stressful experience, especially when moving out and having to wait 3 months to move in, as well as porting an existing mortgage. However, from start to finish Jade was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, kept us up to date throughout and was always so quick to respond with any questions. Even after receiving our initial agreement in principle she continued to find and sort better deals which has saved us loads.
