3 appointments booked, no one ever came or called. Paid $250 to reserve and customer service won't respond to emails, chats or calls. Guess I'm just out the money.

I booked an appointment and paid a$99 booking fee for a tech to come to my home for one hour. The tech canceled and when I contacted customer service the representative was rude and would not return my deposit.

I booked a 2 hour handyman service to mount a TV on my wall. After arriving 1.5 hours late and drilling 11holes in my wall, the tv was not leveled vertically or horizontally. Never signed anything. The guy knew he screwed up and was going to come back the next day. Never did. Disputed the charge with my credit card and Earth Care provided them with a forged copy of my signature. My name was not even correct on the invoice. Ultimately had to hire another company to cut out the area of my wall and redrywall because it was so messed up. Fraudulent and inexperienced.

This is a complete scam, I paid a deposit of $249 and have not received services. They won't refund my money and said they aren't a scam because they would provide a t-shirt as reimbursement or I can cancel, incur fees and get only $18 back. I've reported them with all of the government agencies. Do not fall for this scam!

Their website makes it seem like they have their own employees but really they are a middle man that bids out your work to the lowest bidder and you *may* hear from someone. I needed a Pergola built and saw they could offer quicker service. When no one was able to come out, I wrote them asking for my $$ back. They immediately accused me of scamming them and claimed the work was done. They had proof to which they sent me a text from a technician about work that was completed with a full name that wasn't mine and a photo of not my yard and it was a gazebo. When I confronted her with those facts including ring footage of my now built pergola (by someone else), I was never answered. I am attempting to get my money back. On this site, I saw that the company affiliation had posts on reddit so I decided to search. They post for the company under the same handle. If you search thetruedogeprincess, you will see posts on subreddits such slavelabor, illegallifeprotips and unethicallifeprotips as well as her trying to pass herself as a contractor who did plumbing work herself that would not pass any building code. Some posts make mention that they also have a car sales business where they don't see any wrong in spray painting rust on a car so it sells for more because they don't advertise rust free. Shady, shady stuff. While I am sure some people had great subcontractors come do work for them, the business itself sees no problem with unethical business practices.

Complete scam buyer beware. I wish I would have taken the time to read reviews before I got involved. I paid my deposit and all communications stop. No contractor or tech ever showed

This company is the worst. They scammed me out of $198. No one to show up for the job and ow they are trying to say They won't refund me because I gave a bad review. They just changed their refund policy and said I owe them $200 for the dispute. They keep trying to figure out ways to keep your money with no service. I will continue to press the issue with reviews and with legal until I get my money back. Earth Care is a Scam!

Stay Away...Terrible. Update! They are trying to resolve, let’s see if we can get this resolved. There is no integrity with this company. We hired an electrician to complete some rough-in work and they assigned a person with no certification. Our county will not accept a non-certified contractor performing the work. When we called to validate his license they conveniently said their computer was down so they could not validate and asked us to go back to the contractor to ask. When we did he confirmed that he was not certified so we could not use him. We asked for a refund and they say they have an opportunity to reassign another contractor. To-date no electrician contractor has been assigned. They directed us to file a police report on the Contractor because he should have been certified. What???? How about the claim is against you. then they said we are trying to save money, really. We lost $1,000 we paid you for NOTHING, and no work was done. We still need the work done and will have to secure go through a reputable company to secure a licensed electrician!

Stole my money and it's been over 30 days and not returned yet. Rude people.

Scammers… hired them hoping to get plumbing done… paid $250 upfront and I had 3 plumbers call me. 1) said he needed gas money 2) never responded back 3) said he would be there at 9 am and did a no show. Then when I called to complain they said well we cannot give you a refund bc we get 4 times to reschedule and I should have told them all to come out and then tell 2 to go home after they showed up and I decided who to go with. Sounds like a terrible waste of contractors times especially when one is asking for gas money… and then I emailed for a week and they said they would not refund me yet no one has called to reschedule for the last 5 days when I needed it done and said they can schedule for next week. Why would I want to try to schedule again after going through this the past week. Waste of time, money and energy and to top it off one of the plumbers said no one will take the job because they are paying $200 for 8 hours of plumbing work. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! 🚩

They called an said there was a coupon applied that should not have been and let me know the handyman that I booked was not coming. This was 5 minutes after the handyman was supposed to be at my home. That was about a month ago and I still have not gotten my refund.

Happy with their customer service. They were very active and responsive.

8. I can’t recommend this company enough. I have used other people for other projects in my home and always been disappointed to some extent, so I was apprehensive about trying to find someone to take on this kitchen job. But I read online reviews and decided to call Earth Care, and am glad I did. This was a major kitchen renovation that could have taken a longer time and been a major disruption in my home but they worked neatly, steadily, and actually finished earlier than I anticipated, even though we added an extra room to be painted in the middle of the job. I felt comfortable the crew in my home, and they seemed to really care about their work and making sure that the customer is happy. Their attention to detail was impressive. I don’t feel like they just came in to do a job, I really felt like they took care of me and my needs.

I was a little worried as a single women having a stranger over to my house, but thankful i found earthcare and they assured me it would be a female coming out to unclog my toilet that was all i needed to hear, Thanks Lisa
