Product was amazing
Product was amazing. But everything else is a disappointment. No confirmation email, no tracker. Didn't even know it was sent till it arrived. Not a even a fkn sms. Like what was the point in putting my info in if it was never used to confirm anything

A shipping confirmation email was sent at 11:46PM 01/01/24, with your tracking number. Australia Post should have sent their own email via their own systems (it says here 01/01/24 11:38PM). If you did not receive these emails, please check the junk box, as this sometimes can occur. I confirmed that the email is correct based what was provided. Nevertheless, I'll forward your feedback to both our website provider and Australia Post, just incase we have missed anything. A good product fits well
A good product fits well around the phone and offers good protection, my only criticism is that it does make the buttons a lot harder to operate as you need to press them rather firmly to get them to work

It was an easy purchase
It was an easy purchase, thanks! It did take a long time for the product to arrive but this would have been out of the suppliers control as it was early December so couriers would have been busy.

Extremely long wait time for the…
Extremely long wait time for the pre-order fulfilment.
When received the case, it was too tight to install on the phone. I also fear that it might have scratched the phone body, I haven't dared to remove the cover and see, as installing it again will be a nightmare and I do not want to go through that process. It's so tight that I fear that the cover may break while installing as well.

The Kevlar case is made to fit exactly the iPhone with laser precision. As per the other reviews, you can see the case is meant to fit extremely snug as you describe.
