Paid order #27461 stuck at “Packed” since Aug 8 – no response

Updated:
Finally got my order, every was ok with items.
But customer service so poor. Need to improve.

Order #27461, paid on Aug 8, 2025.
Since then: status “Packed”, no shipment, no tracking, no replies to three emails; phone/chat give automated answers only. Today is Aug 19, 2025.
Please respond with a firm shipping date and tracking within 48 hours or process a refund. I’ll gladly update this review once resolved.

The transport to me took two weeks from…

The transport to me took two weeks from the day you sent the package on Monday 10:th February and I got it today Monday 24:th February. UPS never called me by phone before the arrival, so I found the package outside my entrance door.
