Hi Shahlingi, you only contacted us 2 days before you went all keyboard warrior with this review and you did not give us sufficient time for resolution. You have purchased the same products 3 times (each with different email addresses, claiming the welcome discount each time) so we cannot be sure whether the product with the mold issue is one of your previous purchases or this order - where the layer of hazelnut oil sits on top of the paste, there is limited opportunity for mold growth. As we have had no other complaints from customers, and as you did not send us photos or return the product (at our cost) as required by our refund and returns policy, we are unable to investigate further, to refund or otherwise resolve the issue. I hope that you afford your patients with more patience than you have given us.

I have been buying Caboor Harvest walnuts for around two years. Until now I have been happy with them. But my latest batch contained a large number of distinctly rancid nuts.

Delivery charge
Hi
My main dislike is the cost you charge for delivery. After placing my order I wanted some more cashews but as the $16 for delivery would have been added to the extra small order, it made a small amount too expensive. The same applies to future orders. I am also not close to the farmer markets where your nuts are sold. The cashews are wonderful.

Opening up the bag of sweet smelling hazel nuts sent me back to distant memories of cracking nuts with dad's claw hammer on the back steps each Xmas morning.Hazelnuts were an exotic,once a year delight.

Going Nuts for the raisins
Came to this site for Thompson raisins and ended up going NUTS. The rain quality was VERY NICE, good size and flavours. The mixed nuts to my surprise was SO good that my wife and daughter ate most of them so i had to order more. Will make it a monthly order now. Very nice quality.
