Received goods quickly, almonds were good quality and the hazelnuts were fresh as years ago we owned a hazelnut farm so know what a good hazelnut tastes like. Should say buy Australian nuts!

Wanted to making a French Praline Tart…
Wanted to making a French Praline Tart and that starts with beautiful fresh almonds! After quickly receiving the almonds I started the recipe by roasting the almonds, coating them in 3 layers of pink sugar, then crushing and mixing with equal parts cream. It was a great success and reminded me of one I had in France! Would love to include photos, but not sure if this platform has that available.

Go nuts over Carboor Farms
The nuts were delivered promptly, the packaging was very good & accessible. However, most importantly the nuts were delicious. The pecans were super fresh & the pistachios (which I just love) were delightful - pro tip put a small handful in a half cup of yoghurt after dinner & you’ve got a healthy, delightful desert. The other nuts - cashews - had a similarly fresh, happy taste.
