While I understand your previous stance on not accepting affiliates from outside the USA, I would like to kindly remind that your team reactivated the affiliate campaign and even sent me a promotional invitation again. Based on this, I resumed the campaign in good faith, and drove traffic accordingly.
Now that commissions have been generated and tracked on my end, it is disappointing to hear they will not be honored — despite your reactivation of the program. This creates financial and trust issues for me as a partner.
If this is truly your final decision, I kindly request an official written confirmation denying the commission and an explanation of why the campaign was reopened.
Please respond within the next 5 business days. If not, I may consider reporting this behavior on relevant affiliate communities/platforms.
