Carbox are a very good company to deal with. I placed the order in the evening and selected their free fitting service. I had a call 9.30 the next morning to say the box was in and ready. I arrived at 11am and the box was fitted by 11.30.
Excellent service. would highly recommend.
This was for a Thule 610 L box and 2 x wing roof rails.on a discovery.

Could not recommend more highly, especially in comparison to Halfords! If you live within the catchment area, for goodness sake get Stuart to come and fit it for you!

Great customer service
After the boot liner I ordered was out of stock Car Box quickly let me know how long the wait would be and were kind enough to give me a discount for the inconvenience. There was great communication throughout and when my order was back in stock it was delivered the next day. Great customer service thank you will 100% shop again

Great service, car boot liner was out of stock, but they kept me informed on the expected date of delivery, which worked out well. The boot liner fits very well and is good quality.

It’s a great box but after…
It’s a great box but after painstakingly measuring the boot the box is a bit small. Thought the height at the back would protect the whole of the back of the seats but it doesn’t. Would have tried to exchange but it costs £25 to return.

Brilliant service, prompt and professional for fitting. Stuart was really great. Slight miscommunication for timing of removal but nothing that caused any problems. Will definitely use again and recommend without any hesitation.

Easy and straight forward throughout. From the first phone call discussing requirements to getting the box removed the service was friendly, easy and flexible with consideration given to the dates and distance I was travelling to them. Its a great service.
