It’s not a feel good experience losing your car. This salvage industry is cut throat. I cannot even recall exactly how many firms contacted me. They are deceptive and 100% unsympathetic. I was completely flustered and disgusted—-then I met Marlyn. Car Brain, through Marlyn resolved my situation. They did what they said they were gonna do. I suspect that’s pretty rare in this industry. Thanks Marlyn.

When I had completed the survey of the vehicle information, they said sorry, we can't buy it. The vehicle had a bad engine, but otherwise in good condition. "Quote in 30 seconds" What a waste of time!

Carbrain was so easy to work with to sell our car that we no longer drove. Customer service was wonderful and it was picked up in the time slot that they gave us. We had a check in hand that day and now longer had a car we didn’t use in our driveway.

No hassle very simple!!!!
Olvin Mejia made it very easy to sell and get rid a car that continuously gave me problems. He was very professional and polite, came towed my car for free gave me cash for it ,no hassle simple as that. Highly recommended it if you have a junk car they will paired you with a nearby junk yard to come get your car for free and give you cash on the spot.

Great communication through the entire process
Great communication through the entire process. Samir Grande, the gentleman who organized the entire process stayed in constant contact so I never had to wonder what was going on. The tow truck driver called me multiliple times throughout the day to keep me apprised of his progress. Payment went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend CarBrain.
