I had to sell me old car, but Toyota never sent the lien release after the car was paid off, and I live most of the time out of the country. Car Brain gave the best price, and Midie was patient as I went through the various steps to get the title, which took 5 months. Once I had the title, they picked the car up promptly, handed me a check, and I just had to go online to notify the DMV.

After searching the website if places to sell or trade my car, I found CarBrain. I read reviews then I checked BBB. I decided to give them a try. I submitted info online and they responded with minutes, Kevin was the one who assisted me throughout entire process. He was Amazing, very professional and very kind. During my nervousness, he assured that they legit. He kept me informed, the more pics rhe better offer. I did everything, was given an offer, I submitted a counter offer because I knew my car was worth it. They accepted, I sent copy of title and license and immediately rhe scheduled pick up was given the next day. They stayed in communication and just as promised, they picked up car next morning with check in hand. Such a smooth transaction. I am still in shock. I HIGHLY recommend them. I recently decided to get rid of my 2006 Ford with over 250,000 miles on it. It needed more work than it was worth! Car Brain gave me a fair offer as well as offering to pick it up. I wasn't ready to get rid of it, as it had some sentimental value. Car Brain waited until I was ready (it took me a couple of weeks) to part with the car.
The driver that came to pick up the car, which wasn't running at the time, was friendly and very professional.
He paid me in cash, loaded up the vehicle and was on his way. I was happy with the whole transaction.

The process was very easy and quick. I might have been able to get a better sales price listing it myself, but then I would have to spend time and trouble dealing with prospective buyers, meeting up for inspections and haggling. This approach was worry free, and the Carbrain representative, Olvin, made sure everything went smoothly.
