I love shopping here

I love shopping here. There is a great selection. Prices aren't necessarily cheap, but they re not overly expensive either. I can find everything I want.So far

I found a part I needed for my classic…

I found a part I needed for my classic car at a reasonable price. Other suppliers were asking rediculous amounts. I now have their catalogue and astounded by the range of stuff they supply. I anticipate I will be buying more stuff from them.

Have used car builder solutions many times over the years keeping my classic up and running. Always helpful and have high range of parts including bits you could never find on high street local garages

EXCELLENT customer service for a mere bulb

Well, all I wanted was a bulb for my daughter's scooter. Car Builder Solutions site advertised a higher wattage bulb than the standard. Placed the order, bulb arrived. But it was marked with the same wattage as the standard. Emailed them .... said it was a mistake in the supply ..... sent me the correct bulb. Bulb arrived .... correct wattage ..... but ..... one of the filaments was detached. Emailed them ..... they agreed it was faulty and sent a replacement. Bulb arrived VERY well packaged! Correct wattage, filaments attached. All-in-all, EXCELLENT customer service for a mere bulb. Well done CBS!

Excellent service

When you have a kit car you want/need quality parts at a reasonable price delivered quickly. Car Builder Solutions do just that consistently. Every part I’ve ordered has been spot on and the free catalogue (upon request) is a nice touch too. Gearknob I ordered this time was perfect.
