Very prompt service

Very prompt service, once I was able to find the correct email address, only found it after having to phone up to complain about not receiving any communication or information. Afterwards my warranty claim went through, paid correctly into my bank account. All good now, thanks everyone.

Dent to door panel

Arrived on the day booked having rung me before hand to confirm. Worked on the dent in the panel, made an invisible repair, perfectly matched the paint work, polished and detailed the panel to a very high standard- brilliant job.

Very good service

After damaging my alloy wheels and contacting Car Care Plan everything was sorted out very quickly. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would recommend them.

The frustration of having to Repeat TPMS replacements

The frustration of having to bring my Kuga into Group1 Ford three times in 6 months for TPMS sensor replacements and with the probability that the fourth TPMS sensor will also need replacing in a couple of months. The issue clearly is known to Ford and Group 1 common sense indicates the four sensors should have been replaced at the same time. I'm not happy with this warranty system

Failed to attend appointment

Failed to attend appointment, waited 5 hrs 8am to 1pm for their morning appointment with no contact. Phoned at 1pm and informed technician was off sick and he should have contacted me to advise he was not attending. What kind of system/company is this that a person who is unwell is forced to update the customer. I was re-booked for 3 weeks time, long time to wait, I asked if technician could attend as first job of the day to save me waiting another 5 hours, just being ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Good service

On the day the engineer was due to call out to my car I was able to speak with him to get a better idea of what time he would arrive.
He was very pleasant and polite and carried out the work in good time.
The booking process was also straightforward and again, I was able to speak to someone rather than it all be online.

Excellent service

Process easy with a minimum interaction. A grunt from the guy who did the actual work, as I had to change my tyres in the meantime. He still did the work and explained what I needed to know, so very happy overall.
