First class service from Assad. Super knowledgeable and helpful - he called me to discuss my requirements, (Apple CarPlay activation and map upgrade on a BMW G30 5 series) and sent the necessary files and full instructions straight after the call.

CarPlay took minutes to activate, and I fitted a wireless antenna as per the Carcode Secure video on YouTube. Very quick and easy.

The maps were also very simple to install following Assad’s guide.

Overall a superb experience, very well priced, would heartily recommend to others.

I had the problem of the iDrive unit in a constant reboot loop (every 10-20 seconds). The Main agent wanted to charge me over £300 to ‘flash’ the unit at my own risk which if they caused the unit ‘lot be ‘bricked’ would have cost me a further £800 to replace!
Carcode easily identified the issue and ensured that the unit remained stable to receive the updated software/firmware. The whole process took less than and hour and was 100% successful.

Top service and instructions, very easy to follow. Would definitely use again and i’d certainly recommend Carcode to anyone looking to upgrade their car.

Looking to install CarPlay within my car I’d completed many online searches trying to ascertain exactly what it was I required, all producing various results with various degrees of pricing. In short, it became all too confusing, and I hit a blank.

I then approached Carcode Secure Ltd and spoke with Assad asking for a little guidance, initial thoughts, very polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As a result, I purchased what was required from Carcode Secure and with some guidance from Assad was able to install CarPlay myself with no issues.
