Good service, quick response and easy to order

2nd time we have used Cygnal to supply and fit our new Dashcam, excellent job from start to finish, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unfortunately I was cancelled on my way to get my immobiliser fitted due to staff illness. However my appointment was quickly rearranged and a lovely and efficient chap called Rhys fitted it even more quickly than expected. He then spent some considerable time with me ensuring I knew how to use it with assurances that I could re contact them if I forgot or had any questions- even pointing out that there were good tutorials online.
Next day I received a certificate of fitting to include in my vehicle's documentation detailing what had been fitted.
I even had a comfy seat and a cuppa while I waited

After an enitial cancelation i was booked in for a second appointment to get my dash cam fitted. Second time arround the enginear turned up when they where supposed to and carried out the work. I cant commend the enginear any more highly for their profesionalism with the job keep me updated all through the process and confirming my preference on the location for fitting. the enginear also took the time to confirm and show me how to work the cameras and also after the job cleaned up and removed all waste to the point you couldnt notice any work had been carried out. i would recoment Ctgnal all day long

I ordered a Halo Road Angel for my wife's car, to be fitted at home - using the online 10% discount code. I then thought I should have ordered one for my car. Tried to order online, but the discount was one per customer.
I rang the company, explained the issue, was offered the second camera at the discounted price and charged only one fitting fee for both cars. Thank you!
As for the fitting, the fitter turned up on time, discussed camera positioning, did a very neat and tidy job on the cameras. No fuss, no drama, very happy.
I would certainly recommend this company.

Got a Halo pro dashcam fitted at my home, then 2 weeks later a ghost 2 immobilser.
The guy (Reece) was brilliant and so pleasant and professional.
The prices were the cheapest I could find too.

From inquiry to completion of job ,I was dealt with in a kind,and efficient way. The fitting of my wolfbox mirror camera was done by a very efficient and nice man, who dealt with my questions , and nothing seemed a problem to him. I had a ghost 2 immobiliser fitted to my GR Yaris at home. All went smoothly from ordering on the website, getting my fitting date/time and then the fitting itself.
