They overestimate the expected price…

They overestimate the expected price obviously to get you to list with them but do not achieve the estimated price. However you set a reserve price and once this is met the car is sold but you are not committed to proceed. If something does go wrong as in my case the buying company refused immediate payment so I would not release the car The buyers then contacted me to say they wanted the car and would pay on collection but Car Wow were very slow slow arranging collection But finally the car was sold and payment made

Wouldn't use again

Dealers bid and won twice and then I didn't hear from them. The third person that came for the car said they had not seen information that had been uploaded to car wow and used this to knock me down further.

Don't sell your car through Car Wow

Don't sell your car through Car Wow. They offer you a price; you send in all your details and photographs and then they come back to you with a request for a reserve price. In no other situation I have seen where you declare a price beforehand. It seems to me that it is a way of Car Wow manipulating the price to their advantage. If Car Wow is an auction site they should say so openly.

I feel sick of them who go against morals. Car Wow is an amazing idea to help…

Car Wow is an amazing idea to help people who have humiliating experiences with car dealerships theire dishonesty and abuse everybody news. It is the most corrupt institutions. It is a contaminated environment where damaging younger mentality and psychology.
Long time ago a man said me the short period he worked at dealership and resigned. He said “no way I could work in there”
I am going to speak openly, I had enough. There is no institution to apply them and get help. (You forget Motor ombudsmen)
In recent years I paid for new cars but never driven a new one.
I joined Car Wow which is a great idea. Unfortunately, I had the same service from dealerships.
The last example with Steven Eaggle Toyota in Ipswich.
I ordered at the site of Car Wow the Aygo X Edge. I visited the branch, it was Sunday, the new 2023 car was there. Without shame, they refused to sell me that car but were happy I boy the old car.
The day before, Suterday I went there was hundreds 2022 and 2023 Toyotas. They refused to sell me. Then I used Car Wow site hoping to buy the car I want.
I was broken again. It wasn't the first time.
I found the message at Car Wow from dealer ‘Your car ready’ I answered ‘I was there you refused to sell me, I mentioned their prejudiced attitude that they pushing me to buy an old and fabricated car which happened last year as well. They insisted me to buy very old model fabricated car of Aygo Manuel-automatic, which is dangerous to drive,
Five years ago they sold me an old model Raff 4 charging me a new car price which destroyed my nerves. The same do Suzucy, Kia in my experience.
It looks like common practice.

The next day Car Wow closed my account because of I said the truth.
I called them and explained agent what kind of nerve-wracking experience I had. They understand. Probably they get similar calls but they can't help.
I assume Car Wow manager have the same attitude like dealerships. Profit is more important than the customer.
This is a very small information I give.
I have spoken few people, especially women and the elderly, they had the same experiences
I am not interested in artificial manners I expect fairness, respect and desancy.
Only think I can say I FEEL SICK OF THEM
