Hannah was a great help to me in navigating the medical records regarding my heart problems and explaining things to me in words I could relate to.
Although I'm glad that I started my health journey with you, I'm sad that I wasn't able to finish because of other health issues and personal problems! I'm truly grateful that Anthony was my personal physiologist! He went above and beyond to get me unscheduled times to fit me in so that I could stay current with my exercises! He was very supportive to say the least! I really felt a great connection between us! You are fortunate to have him on your staff! I do want to come back in the near future if possible and would love to have Anthony as my contact again! Thank you all for the progress that I did make! Carda Health is the real deal!

I have been working with CARDA HEALTH for approx 3 months. I feel so much stronger and hopeful. I do classes 3 times a wee with Danielle. I can not emphasize enough how important the person on the other end is to me. If it was not for her, I would probably not be in the program still. She has encouraged me to do 2 days on my own. So i am doing my classes 5 days a week. Danielle gives me so much encouragement to do the best I can do. I would not do this all on my own. I need some one to challenge me. Danielle does that. I really feel that she cares and I am not just a number. Thank you for hiring people like her . Sincerely Pat Benoit

Anthony was wonderful in his encouragement, being
thoughtful to call my Dr when needed, cooperative when I had other physical issues and needed to reschedule my exercise to another day.
I can't remember the black guy's name that actually led my exercise each time. ( I had 2 others but always requested him)--he's gentle, encouraging, patient, kind.
Wonderful and caring guidance & understanding from my coach Destiny Rogers made the Carda Health experience worthwhile. 👍💕🙏
At first I was not interested in doing this. This was ordered by my Pulmonary Doctor, at home, so convenient, so decided I would give it my best shot. and a few sessions with Shannon H at the helm was a pleasure to meet up with Monday, Wednesday and Friday I settled into a nice routine.
Shannon was a pleasure to work with, and did not make it a drudge. Actually enjoyed the exercise. And thanks to Shannon I made it February through August. 70 times. And I am on phase 3 now. Still Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I have been working with Morgan for the past 30+ Sessions and have extended the program for another round! Morgan is absolutely wonderful, encouraging and very caring! When I started the program I had a hard time walking around the house but now I am outside, in the pool and riding my four wheeler 😃 ! I still have a way to go but know with Morgan and the program I will continue to improve! Thank you Morgan looking forward to another 30+ weeks with you!

Anthony, was fantastic. Extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. Also the coaches showing the exercises were great too.
My guide, Cayson, has been excellent. Explained the program, guided me through it. Very professional. Carda seems like a very worthwhile program generally
I left several comments about Carda on one of your FB apps... comments way too long to recap here. I gave/give you 12 STARS out of ten !!! You were/are truly a Godsend. One 'side effect' I don't recall mentioned. In the 2 months or so I've been on it , I've LOST 20 LBS !!! I'm more than satisfied. Can you tell!!! I'm glad I can edit. Im back to ask myself how can I type a word, without acknowledging... "MY FACE OF CARDA" ...HANNAH McANELLY. !!!: "Carda is only as good as it's people". Hannah and her Supervisors, and heck even the HR person who hired her have earned at least a expense paid night out . Yes chauffered. Nice restaurant...drinks. ... or... give them all a raise. They are THAT IMPRESSIVE. Just retiring after 60 years or so dealing with the public in several arenas. I have a pretty good idea of a great individual and a great team !

The professionalism and encouragement given by Alyssa Sagorsky has been wonderful. The exercises are perfect for building strength and improving my breathing techniques. My lungs are much improved and the strength, especially in my legs, is so much better. I am so grateful to be in this program.
Being a previous Carda Health recipient, I was anxious to get back to health and healing with 3x a week in home rehab. Anthony Holquin has been a great coach and motivator...always positive and encouraging me to do and be my best!
Anyone who is struggling with Respiratory or Cardiac issues and desires a " work at home rehab program", Carda Health is your go to resource for quality rehabilitation in the privacy of your own home!

Working with Destiny in the CARDA program has been wonderful experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed having exercise scheduled time that’s helped me strengthen my body and also helped my breathing issues. Destiny has listened, observed, and notified my doctors when any issue occurred. That was refreshing that action was taken immediately. This program may have been my lifesaver!! The personnel that I’ve worked with and especially Destiny, are exceptional in their field. I am grateful that this kind of program exists. I would recommend it to everyone. Inn ‘n just feel blessed to be a part of the program and to continue grow and get better and stronger!!

I’m not used to giving reviews so this is going to be short.
The positive is that the program has gotten me to exercise some and that is something I haven’t done intentionally in years. Medical professionals and health gurus will all tell you that exercise is good for you so there’s that.
The negative is that I have to schedule the sessions and then show up and I’m retired and normally do most things on impulse rather than by appointment. Then there’s the exercise which reminds me of work and I’m retired and don’t care anything about working.
Emily Posch is my guide and coach and is a pleasure to work with. She’s a great guide and very pleasant to work with.
If you’re looking for a program to help you get some strength back after a health issue, the folks at CARDA with whom I’ve worked have all been pleasant, professional, and interested in your progress. I’m sure that’s true for all their clients.
I started the program to get exercise and tips on breathing (I have COPD and am on oxygen). The exercises were great.
My provider was Anthony and he was very patient
with me and worked with my disability.
Pleasent, caring and personable contacts throughout! Knowledgeable and helpful at every step.
Patrick was always a great start to my day, he took care of business always asked how I was doing today, a bit of light chit chat then down to work. He would always check in on me when my oxygen got a bit too low, and was complimentary and encouraging from my first session to the last.
Exercises were always within my abilities and on target with what I wanted to accomplish. Improved flexibility, balance, and muscle tone were exactly what I had in mind.
Thanks Patrick, I hope you'll be available not if, but when I come back!
Thank you, Emily, for consistently being present and even reminding me when I forget to show up. You have helped me with a consistent program of exercise with evaluation and suggested I do more on my own. You have consistently been concerned about my health as the routine continued.
Carda Health has developed a great physical and educational program for anyone with cardiac or pulmonary disease. There are educational resources to help you understand aspects of your personal situation, a physical workout that is tailored to your individual needs and it can be adjusted as your needs change.
There are support groups that allow you to listen to others with similar issues and it's a safe place to talk out your situation. You quickly find yourself among friends who genuinely care about you and your situation.
You each have your own exercise physiologist who guides you every step of the way. My "go to" person helped me with the kinks that came up,as well as paying attention to my vitals. On one occasion, my exercise physiologist, Jessy Green, looked at my vitals and became immediately concerned. She had me recheck the numbers then call an ambulance. My heart was fluttering! It wouldn't go back into rhythem. I was to get an electrical shock to put my heart back in rhythem in the morning, but it went back on it's own during the night. I had no idea that anything was wrong, and would not have known if it weren't for Jessy. Her attention to what was going on with my body got me the help I needed at the right time.
This program has been invaluable to me. It has increased my overall physical fitness as well as my knowledge of my heart issues and how to approach my health. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a program to improve their overall health, knowledge, and fitness.
I love that I could do my therapy in my own house I have a personal therapist and they keep on top of all my issues. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs therapy.
