Though I have never had the need in the past, I have used the service twice in the last couple of months. The information I received was immediate and gave me everting I needed to know and then some. Not only did the information confirm an accident with a vehicle we considered purchasing, the miles was over 100,000 more than the seller declared. Customer service immediately followed up to ensure we received everything we needed. Great experience, both times.
