Great retailer
Item got delivered on time on release day which was really good.
Royal Mail on the other hand were useless and decided to leave my parcel outside in the torrential rain which completely ruined my ETB.
Saturated through. Sam was super helpful and offered me a replacement of the scarlet ETB or a full refund.
