Been nearly 2 weeks and no notification of dispatch on a 1st class order at all.

We recently brought a number of MTG cards from Card Crate. After we made our order, we had to unexpectedly travel overseas. We contacted the company and they prioritised our order and made sure we got most of the cards before we departed. The customer service team was excellent and were friendly and helpful at every step of the way. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. All cards were received well packaged and in the condition advertised.

Took a bit of time to get the cards to me but that was due to their own high standards of card quality! Excellent service thanks

Original order was unfortunately lost by Royal Mail but upon reporting I was met with a quick response and a no fuss approach to sorting the problem out. I had the replacement order delivered within the week. Fantastic service and a big thanks to Dean for putting my mind at ease. Will 100% use again and highly recommend.

Though a recommendation of a courier service instead of Royal Mail for higher value orders is being made.
Royal Mail are seemingly slow to turn around 1st class Mail currently, this is by no means a reflection on the service offered by card crate though.

Rapid delivery and excuse the pun, but the 'gathering' time was quite a wait.

Good quality cards, but super slow shipping and delivery and my order was further delayed due to them receiving bad quality cards. They were super transparent about it though through email and made sure to get a hold of quality cards. I would say the delay was worth it for good cards in the end.

Excellent company, my new go to for sourcing any cards I need for playing modern. Fast delivery and very communicative. Particularly appreciative of Dean, who is very friendly and helpful through email, and was able to sort out any issues I had related to orders.

Amazing ability to source any modern-playable card (NM) within a week. Makes the experience so easy and you rarely pay more than you would on other websites once free shipping is included. Great customer service too.

Cards came, great condition.

I've tried a few cardstores, thus far card crate are my favorite. Highly recommend.

Most UK cardstores struggle with stock issues, card crate being the outlier in my experience.

On an occasion where a card was missing from the order they had reached out noticing the discrepancy in their stock, and the issue was quickly and easily resolved.
