Cancelled my preorder for prismatic evolutions booster bundles claiming there weren't enough. Then I see on thier website that they are selling them for a higher price. They have responded to say that they don't have allocations of booster bundles but have listed the product at a higher price on website then a preorder (but out of stock) and even with a 'sale' price of this product with a future release date of this product. My problem is theybshould not say they can do a preorder without knowing allocations as now I have zero bundles and now they are all sold out.

If they are planning to see this product on the release date (at a higher price) they should honor those who got a preorder with them and the respective price. If they have no future allocations then they should list this as well.

I ordered some Elite Trainer boxes and received them very quickly, plus I got nice hits.

I was very interested in buying a single card from this shop via card market but they refused to send any pictures of the cards condition.
Even after i put in a lot of effort and obvius intention of buying the cards they refused to send any picture before i would transfer funds to to their card market account. They force you to buy cards blindly…

It is the 3rd time buying from Cardgameworld, they always hand over the parcel to bpost the same day if ordered early else on the next day in the morning. I am really satisfied and will for sure order from them again!

We ordered together for home delivery and paid more for this service, the package arrived 1hour away return from home at a pickup point in Molenbeek!
I have contacted CardGameWorld to ask them help, and my surprise was: they NEVER ship any package home but always on pickup point but offer the option to deliver home for more expansive on their website! This is incredible! I don’t think this is even legal!
We had to drive 1 hour to get our package and the only answer from CardGameWorld is a 1€ discount on our next order, they are blaming Bpost instead of helping their own customers.

We wanted to do a big order for our family for Christmas, we are going to go somewhere else!!

Beware of this company. Ordered Pokémon cards (order No. OVIBVBWWB) and paid 8.5€ for home delivery. The package was sent to a pick up point to a wrong postal code 30 minutes drive away from home. When contacting the company they claimed that they do not offer home delivery (while it is clearly offering it on their website for more expansive then pickup point) and Bpost made a mistake delivering it to the wrong commune (Bpost doesnt make such mistakes and even if they do it is not my position to claim a refund from them but the company’s). Refused to give us a refund of the delivery fees, offered a 1€ discount on the next order. I ended up paying 8.5€ and driving 1 hour for my package. Also the seller clearly doesnt care about his customers. Stay away!
