Knowledgeable and friendly piercing studio. They were great helping me with an issue I had with a piercing done elsewhere and also piercing my 10 year old daughter's ears. They were really kind with her when she was very nervous and they've healed beautifully.

I was listened to and made to feel very comfortable. The salon was clean and well organised and the professional and friendly.

Great studio and very skilled welder for welded bracelets - cheaper and nicer than Astrid and Miyu. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience, I have had piercings done before, however, no one has ever taken the time to go through everything as Rae did. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she does and I felt at ease the whole appointment. The studio is beautiful, clean and hygienic. If I ever get another piercing, I would not go anywhere else. Really great experience! The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, welcoming and inclusive. They helped me to decide and explained everything to me. The piercing process was quick (if not painless, as expected!) the healing process was explained to me clearly and they have been healing cleanly so far

Popped in to get some information about a nose piercing, found the place via a recommendation from a friend. They are awesome, very knowledgeable, great selection of high quality jewellery. Got my nose pierced and it's been great, no issues and a really helpful care pack to make sure I can take care of it after the piercing.

My daughter had her belly pierced here she is very nervous of needles and they were very good with her , very clean and hygienic no issues with the piercing healed very well.
She then lost the top off her bar as a last resort got a new bar from somewhere else was suposed to be hypoallergenic but it started going bad so we went back to cardiff piercing they sterilised the bar was able to purchase a new top all sorted changed the bar for her an within a day it wasn't red and sore anymore. Very professional and helpful .

The staff were amazing. This was my first ear piercing experience and they made sure I was comfortable with everything. The team there are lovely to chat with and I really appreciate how welcoming they were. I've had so many compliments on the placement of my piercings as well. So thank you!

I had two piercings -my brow piercings and an ear piercing- done at Cardiff Piercings, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rebecca was my piercer, and she was nothing short of amazing…incredibly professional, friendly, and meticulous with every step of the process. Her attention to detail gave me total confidence, and she made the whole experience feel comfortable and safe.

What really impressed me was that months after my initial visit, I walked in and Rebecca instantly recognized me…such a thoughtful and personal touch that shows how much she cares about her clients. It’s rare to find that level of genuine connection.

The studio itself has a really welcoming vibe…all black…and the entire team is lovely and clearly passionate about what they do. Wonderful people at this place. Unfortunately my memory is rubbish with names but I was very well looked after. Had a couple of body piercings, one of which just would not stop acting fresh after 5 years. Since visiting and changing to their high quality jewellery I’ve had zero issues.

They also helped me figure out how to navigate taking out said body piercings for surgery and gave me a taper and some surgical lube to help things along. Glad to say I managed it (though painful!) which I was so scared of.
