Ordered from here for a birthday present but never received the order or any communication from the company even after sending three emails. I was lucky I paid through PayPal so was able to get a refund

Never received item paid £30 for a bundle and when I sent an email to the company there was no response what do ever

Scam! Don’t order they don’t exist anymore. I ordered and never received anything. I tried emailing with no reply and now the website is shut down.

The site has great products but customer service is awful! I have made an order for a diffuser for my car and they have accidentally sent me the bigger version. I have sent them many emails and filled the online form several times but I haven't got a response from them at all. All I wanted is the product I have ordered I was more than happy to send the wrong product back but I could not get hold of them. If you make an order please bare that in mind

If you are lucky enough to never have any issues with the diffuser then buy it, but without confidence I wouldn't bother. I had an issue with my melting within, and after various emails haven't even responded and after all the other reviews it's seems I'm not the only one, not sure if it's a scam or just a company who are happy too sell and dispatch without any customer service or care if you have any issues

If could do 0 star I would, really don't bother buying, I did recieve my order and promptly but after a few months it's melted all the plastic inside and now stopped working, wasn't a cheap item, no response at all from emails, and from alot of reviews customers had the same issues, not a good legit company if doesn't respond to emails

Don't go near this company with a barge pole. You don't receive what you ordered. They don't communicate with you regarding any problems and although on reviews they say they will, no one ever gets back to you or sends out the correct items.

My experience with car diffusers was not good.I ordered 3 pack of air freshener cans and paid £20 and never received any goods. I emailed car diffusers several times and no response or refund totally ignored me.
I purchased the items on 29 April 2022 and it's 12 July today and nothing at all. What a bad experience 😕

I emailed customer service twice about my order being incorrect and items missing, no response. Bad quality products which actually leaked inside my partners car and took the black colour off part of his dashboard.

Spend £30+ on a order in April that syill hasnt been delivered and any time i email abouy it my email gets ignored. Terrible service that i will not use again and will make sure people stay away for

Didn’t receive my items from this place and when I tried getting in touch with them about not receiving the items nothing was done and I’m still waiting for emails back from sending one 2 months ago
