I cancelled my subscription and discovered that I’m still getting charged. Went to their website and filled in the form as well, but nothing happens 🙁

Scammers. They give the impression that the app can measure blood pressure when all it does is track data. They suck you in with a recurring payment that is very difficult to terminate.

I share an opinion with Susan, the app renews itself fraudulently, with no recours to any unsubsribtion emails, and absolutely not operating, the only thing you can do for that much money, is to insert your measurements (the app itself does not make any measurement at all!) as if in a diary! They just simply charge you again and again, as if nothing happened! Plus, after loading the app, it surreptitiously charges you another amount that you haven't consented to!

Had free one month trial with cardimate . DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Like others listed here they take money fraudulently they have taken so far 3 payments for odd amounts while app was free despite deleting app payments still being taken .The app did not show in subscriptions on my iPhone which is odd. I have cancelled app by emailing and removing & deleting account they are still taking money and ignoring my emails . I have raised with my banks fraud department. The app does nothing either. I only rated 1 to put this review I would give them a zero. Don’t download.
ADDING RESPONSE HERE TO CARDIMATES REPLY BELOW… only way for me to respond here . Cardimate are trying to look legitimate. They are a scam. To reiterate I did have the app on 1 months free trial and I located their email from PayPal. I have emailed them several times. They did not respond. I asked them to explain why they have taken 3 different varying payments 2/3 week period and to refund them as they are not authorised it was a months free trial . They were not cancelled as requested by email and cancellation on app was ignored I had no response from them . Please don’t use this service. Don’t download the app.
