Cayla Smith is the ultimate professional. This was my first time ever refinancing and I was very nervous about doing this online and over the phone only. Let me start by saying, I am a transplant from Indiana so I left all my contacts behind and I was winging it when I showed up here. I basically found Jordan and his group through the Texas Land Board as a VA Mortgage processer that they put on their site. I looked at some reviews and hoped for the best. I do not have one bad thing to say about the experience and after experiencing several real estate transactions in my life, that is saying something. I do not always give 5 stars, I call them like I see them, you can check my other reviews and if you don't do a good job, I will call it out. That is not the case with Jordan and the staff working behind the scenes. They communicated with me at every step and were probably the most competent Mortgage Originator I have ever worked with. I saw some bad reviews on the VA Texas Land Board benefit, a lot actually and I think it all comes down to having a Loan Originator that knows what they are doing and has experience. I lucked out and found it on the first shot. I cannot ever imagine using anyone else or recommending anyone else after this experience. Great Job and I thank them for helping me with what could have been an overwhelming experience.
