Very easy and convenient to use this service. The price I received for my car was reasonable, communication with the company was superb, and the entire process took only a few days. I had an associate from the company call me and he was available by phone or text message for any questions I had. Once the funds were in my bank account, a driver came to pick up the car.

As a dealer this just keeps getting worse! We have a car that was delivered waaaayyy to later, kept postponing, and kept giving excuses. The day it was supposed to be delivered, Cardino went silent! Suddenly they said we needed to pay something, which ended up actually beeing them having to pay us, this was all a smokescreen, for the real problem! The Tesla Model Y had been sent to Tesla Hamburg, since it has a small 12v battery issue, after 16 days in Tesla Service Center in Hamburg, Tesla now tells us that the car needs a new battery, and we should expect several weeks of waiting time for a new battery. Also when asking Cardino about this, they disregarded it an instead threatened to send a bill of 2.000euro for the time the car had been parked at their HUB, this get more and more crazy. Do NOT do business with this company, it is absolutely insane.

Do NOT buy cars from Cardino! We have 4 cars we chave not received, Cardino keeps saying we need to pay some new invoice or something else, dunning fees or similar. They cannot close the case and give us our cars, they have been stading with cardino for 2 months now! Terrible service, not dealers should use them.

The communication has been terrible, no one takes responsibility, and keeps on dragging things even though it could be cleared in minutes.
