They rarely responds to my emails.
I made an order november 2024, with Pokémon prismatic evolution booster bundle. Wich had it's release March 7 2025.
They've told me that It could take up to two weeks before they be able to send it my way, because of product demand.
Now its the end of March and still no words from them regarding my order.
Placed an order back in November 2024 and then had it get canceled as the product was released, after that it got relisted for a higher price.
The communication is terrible and trying to get the refund they promised is near impossible, now having to go through my bank company to help me with this...
Terrible business I would highly recommend you avoid buying from this store.

They didn't ship items because the market price for the items went up, then re-listed the items for a higher price. From start to finish, they never responded to any of my messages about the order, even before I realized they had no intention of fulfilling my order. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get refunded.
Definitely take your business elsewhere. They can't be trusted.
