Customer service is awesome. They always reply and help you solve the issue. Sellers are not all that kind, so take care who you buying from. But in any case - just write a ticket, and it will be so... See more

Full refund after cards did not arrive
Full refund after cards did not arrive, made my case clear and they did a goodwill refund!

Been a CardMarket user for a few years now and they’ve always been understanding when stuff goes sideways. I’ve only had a small handful of issues on CardMarket but they’ve always answered and resolved my issues in the best ways possible.

I have been refund when a sellers dind't send the cards.
Account suspended for an unbelievable…
Account suspended for an unbelievable reason. When the same thing happend to me as a buyer; i couldn't even leave a review to the seller. Now had to be insulted and accused of scamming as honest reseller with zero negative reviews as seller and buyer from years. I always reached an agreement via chat with users, but in my experience, honesty doesn't pay off at the end. The support is questionable, except for refunds for Poste 4 shipments (if there weren't refunds for these types of very frequent purchases, other well-known sites would probably be superior in every way at that point).
Top way to work!!!
Good Card marketplace
I had an incident where my letter came in the mail totally ripped open and all of my cards got stolen (probably). After making a report to cardmarket I received a full refund as good will. Other experiences are also very positive on cardmarket, both as a buyer and a seller.
Was forced to accept a partial refund…
Was forced to accept a partial refund because their trustee service is basically non existent.
Seller sent me a badly damaged card for which I paid 110 and refused to communicate with me. But rather than forcing the seller to take the card back or refund it in full and take it off the seller cardmarket told me my only option is to accept a partial refund....
I received an empty parcel, but got refund!
I received an empty parcel, and Cardmarket refunded full order. What a service!

The platform is good
The platform is good, customer support on otherhand is shit. I think its better to lose money gambling then using their customer support.
Good experience so far
I haven't purchased much (what I have has been good) on this site but I have been a seller for a little while now and overall have had a good, solid experience. I have found support to be very quick to respond when needed which is so important. I like the selling tools available and I find it a well made selling platform. Fees are on the better side of things and I hope I can continue to sell on here for a long time!
ScamMarket
Customer service almost useless, regular violation of laws concerning e-commerce and sales. They are only interested in take commissions from the transactions.
Never buy valuable goods on this website as you will usually receive damaged cards and damaged sealed products. Website good only for cheap used cards for playing TCG, if you are a collector better go on Ebay, it´s safer and cheaper.
Cardmarket experience
There's not much to say about it.
You're intrigued by the prices of some cards (from as little as 2 cents each), so you say to yourself, "Oh, come on, it's not that expensive!"
And then you realize you have to top up your account balance to make purchases (and there's a fee to pay).
You start choosing the cards you need, and you run into the second problem: Cardmarket isn't a reseller; it connects you with other private individuals. Each seller has their own collection of cards for sale, so you'll never find everything you need from a single seller. Plus, you have to pay shipping, seller by seller.
So, you get four cards at 2 cents each and pay 2 euros or more for shipping. PER SELLER.
To finish a deck, you'll spend almost 200% of its value on shipping.
Then you run into the last problem, the most serious one. Every seller presents you with a choice: different shipping methods. You can choose between paying 2 euros for an uninsured envelope, or 18 euros to insure it.
If insured orders never arrive, the seller is not required to refund you.
But this isn't written in BLOCK CAPITALS when placing an order; you'll probably find it written in miles of agreements and FAQs.
Cardmarket is not responsible for uninsured orders.
"It's your business" is basically what they're trying to tell you.
However, when you decide to buy something significantly more expensive, 99% of the time you're obligated to pay for insurance (which is fair, after all).
Will this insurance solve your problems?
Of course not. Almost two months ago I placed a TRACKED order (€18 shipping).
For some absurd reason, it wasn't delivered to me because the courier gave me the wrong address (which is absolutely not true, but let's ignore it).
So I contacted the seller, and they didn't respond.
I created a ticket and was told to "Wait."
It's been almost three weeks since I opened the ticket, and I'm simply told to wait, when the tracking literally says the package is on its way back to sender.
(And for all we know, it might already have done so.)
So Cardmarket is basically never on the buyer's side; in fact, it almost seems like when a problem arises, it's entirely the buyer's fault.
P.S.
I don't even want to talk about the fact that I lost I don't know how many euros in orders that will never be refunded because they weren't insured.
Great website/tool for buyers and sellers
Great website, brings together so many people to buy and sell. has good tools such as the shopping wizard, and when, on occasion I've needed to contact support, they're always really helpful and quick to respond. I've not been selling on there long, but they take a lot of the hassle out of it. Great tools to search for cards and the versions you want. would highly recommend.
Excellent platform which provides…
Excellent platform which provides beyond what can be expected service (they refunded a shipment that was lost and was beyond their control).
Amazing customer service
I have had multiple issues with sellers before on Cardmarket and every time the team always solves the issue very quickly and refunds purchases when sellers dont come through. A very good service that they provide.
Great and quick support
They solve problems quickly and with reasonable results.

EU reference for tcg
One of the, if not THE best site to sell&buy mtg cards in Europe. Good regulation of sellers, very reactive client service when needed.
Good features to seek for cards unity/bulk, avoiding market control ...
Highly recommeded since 2019 for me.

They helped me even though I made some msitakes.
