The most shameless company I have ever seen. Everyone should try to avoid it. If your application is rejected and no account is opened for you, your application fee of £55 will not be refunded.

So yesterday I had a problem with money missing out my bank account, about 45mins before that I had some bad family news. When I called card 1 I got through to Ryan who was amazing, even with my anger and emotions I took my Diva out on him, I was going to close my account etc, he told me he would resolve this as quickly as he could but Ryan actually cared and was like my therapist by end of the call, even called back today to make sure I understood everything.
I never leave reviews but his big heart and understanding is why I am leaving this review… we need more of him in this world.

You can’t ever use Apple Pay on this account you only have to use your card on the bus and retail store and if you need money you will have to transfer it to your card I literally had bad experience with this account that’s why I’m giving one star

Great but I don't know wha happening for the last few days momey missing and they told me is a issue and will be fixed .

Quite literally the worst bank of all time. Constantly taking money off me for no reason. Started with little amounts like £5 etc then charging me double for payments including £130 lost and claim it’s due to service outages. My account is now in minus after sending £60 into it today very little help from customer service and awful opening hours. I now can’t use my bank all weekend as I cannot contact them until Monday! I’ll happily amend my review if you give me all my money back before Tuesday. It’s simply not fair and ripping customers off .. especially with the £12.50 monthly fee as well as £7.50 to send a payment not to mention the £1.50 withdrawal fee at ATMs.

Customer service is brilliant, always answer the phone straight away and always helpful on phone calls and live chat. Technical side of things not as good, I seem to have to contact them a lot as there always seems to be a problem with something but they always manage to resolve things efficiently so can’t complain too much. Amba helped me with an issue out of my hands today, and I had briefly mentioned about a recent bereavement in the family which I needed to access my money for today and she was kind enough to also send me information on bereavement services and give her condolences. I would recommend

I got to say the way they have been with me and sorting out the problem was outstanding the service was out of this world they way there have dealt with was with respect which was very nice.

Card One Money is an easy way to get a banking account as they have no relevant history checks, but they are happy to receive money in, give no help with common sense issues, and just make sure they charge £12:50 a month for an extremely poor service. There systems are not manned 24/7, certainly in my case, they also hold money which is not theirs until they feel its right for you to access, but they make sure the BAD service charge is taken. My daughter sent me £50 to help me out, and because the charge of £12.50 had taken me into a negative balance, I could not access the remainder until they deemed it to be okay, even after several emails, The £50 from my daughter was for essentials, but they made sure they got their charge for a service they did not give. Steer clear. It’s like theft.

Last week, I spoke with Olivia regarding my card being compromised. She quickly blocked it and put my mind at ease.
Card came today and I struggled to get it activated.
I got back through to Olivia, she sorted out the issue quickly, and efficiently.
She also remembered that I needed to ensure my text authorization was moved over and did that immediately without me asking.
I've dealt with Olivia on 3 or 4 occasions now, each time she has impressed me greatly.
She is a credit to Card One

This bank are really fast in helping you. Their online assistance is much quicker than ringing a bank. Olivia today was able to help me straight away within seconds. They leave High Street banks looking very poor in comparison
