I want to express my gratitude to card one money and retracting my bad review as the problem was my end and didn’t realize I broke my terms of being overseas and still having my account open. I got the help I needed from customer services once realized what the problem was . I was quick to send a bad review without thinking the problem was my end. I had an issue with an Insurance…
I had an issue with an Insurance payment that was sent from Spain, this claim was made 4/5 months ago and agreed but the bank were not able to pay the money in to my account due to the insurance company in Spain sending the wrong information that the bank required.
Nicola in Customer Services was fantastic she dealt with me Friday and this Monday, so professionally, and all I can say is brilliantly. The money landed in my account today, all I can add is Nicola was the perfect professional, and has made my week. Thank you Nicola, for everything you went out of your way to help sort mu situation. £££££££££ if anyone deserves a bonus or pay rise it is Nicola, as I would have moved banks, if it was not sorted today. I don't need to move now, which I am so pleased about. Nicola was the reason, as it was the way Nicola dealt with my ongoing issue, that she went out of her way to sort the issue, over and above. Now I can have a restful week, at last, as I was in a desperate situation.
